Like the earth beneath your feet, we meet you where you are. Welcoming your Ways of Being; through movement, play, breath and therapeutic support.

what we do & who we’re here for

explore all the Ways of Being

  • Our small group and yoga classes are a fun and interactive way for your child to experience the magic of yoga. It is here where children can practice movement, body based awareness, connection to their breath and the core values of yoga- kindness, truth, respect, presence and balance. We promote learning around the self, our big feelings and the power we hold in reacting and responding. These classes are great if you’re looking for a weekly activity for your child of an evening or if your child is home schooled and/or you are a part of a home education group, then we could arrange a bespoke class for you to offer a yoga class inspired by social, emotional and physical engagement needs. Classes are suitable for children aged 4+.

  • If you are exploring new ways for children at your school/alternative education provision to find support within their physical, mental, emotional health and wellbeing, then we have something for you! Throughout our mindful developmental sessions, aligned with the social emotional learning (SEL) and wellbeing goals, we are able to support young minds and hearts with their journey of developing resilience, self awareness, and healthy coping strategies to draw upon for life. We can provide sessions at your location/arrange an alternative setting. Alternatively, if it's a group of parents/educators who need some ME time- we’ve also got you, and can offer adult only sessions to provide some time out space for you.

  • We believe that every child deserves not only to be, but to feel included so ALL children can attend any of our available classes if you feel that the class is suitable. It is important for us to have options for children experiencing SEN or neurodiversities to be a part of our classes. We are also aware that some children may need alternative spaces to feel safe and able to engage, and so we offer bespoke yoga classes/workshops within your venue/community centre/private space. It's within these moments that we not only physically, but mentally, emotionally, socially (and energetically) meet the children where they are at through soft and patient movement, breath, games and connection. Our passion is helping children to feel belonging, offering tools for regulation, self awareness and safety within the body.

  • Our gentle and confidential counselling and psychotherapy services are intended for those who require therapeutic support and we are able to offer this for adults and for children aged 11+ years, by a trained counsellor and psychotherapist. All sessions are individual, and within a private setting and can be in person, online or via telephone. We have options for session lengths, amount of sessions you may require and our costs vary depending on this. Please visit our therapy page for further information or complete an enquiry form to see if we can support you or your child at this time.

  • We can meet you in lots of ways and try our best to make all of our offers accessible for ALL children! We are passionate about providing spaces for children to grow, learn and flourish whether this be through our in person yoga classes, private sessions, group sessions or if it's therapeutic support you need, we’re also here to help! We currently support children in therapy from the age of 11+ years. We have yoga class and workshop options for children from 3+ years, please get in touch hereto find out more.

  • It is here where we create conscious and intuitively crafted workshops, offering you tools to connect with your child through breath,  play and movement. Our workshops are valuable in co-creating spaces where families can deepen their understanding of each other, and their own needs. We practice this by working collaboratively to discover how our bodies move, how to use our breath to support us daily and through the psychoeducational aspects of the workshops promoting emotional literacy, awareness around nervous system regulation and the importance of safety within the body. Our aim is for parents and children to leave feeling inspired. Parents/carers WE SEE YOU, it is within these sessions that you can take a moment, to pause, to breathe and to receive some well deserved relaxation time at the end.

individual and unique Ways of Being

I believe, true to my experience, that sacred parts; authentic to us, are present and within us all but, somehow by means of social conditioning, introjects, and a lack of authentic freedom, we can find ourselves becoming further apart and feeling disconnected from these parts of our being.

what others are saying

  • "Stacey is an absolute joy to work with. I first encountered her work when my daughter attended one of her sessions, and it was immediately clear how naturally and confidently she connects with children and families. I later invited Stacey to be the lead children’s and family wellbeing practitioner at our Mind Body Soul Festival, welcoming around 300 attendees, where she delivered her work with ease, clarity, and professionalism. Since then, I have continued to work with Stacey running mum and baby wellbeing sessions in the community. She has an exceptional ability to put families at ease, creating safe, nurturing spaces where both children and parents feel supported. Her experience, knowledge, and intuitive approach make her an invaluable practitioner, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any organisation or family seeking meaningful, high-quality wellbeing support."

    Trinity Wellness CIC, Liverpool.

  • "Watching Stacey work with young children over the summer holiday wellness programme was pure magic. She brings such a wealth of knowledge and passion. Seeing the children arrive hyperactive and unregulated, and then less than an hour later lying calmly on the floor with an eye mask on, was just beautiful. Her approach to children’s yoga, mindfulness and more is truly amazing"

    Lauren Ruane, Flow Fitness.

  • “Stacey reminds us that true teaching is not in instruction, but in the quiet presence that invites others to breathe, soften, and grow.” Within Bluebells, we are deeply grateful to share space with Stacey — a truly soulful, calm, and nurturing presence within our community. Over the past year of collaboration, I have witnessed the magic she brings to every yoga and craft session she offers for children. Stacey holds her work with kindness, honesty, and deep integrity, creating a safe and gentle space where children can breathe, move, create, and simply be. Her energy is grounding and reassuring, and her experience shines through in the way she connects so naturally with young hearts. Stacey’s work is guided by compassion and purpose, and I can clearly see her continuing to grow from strength to strength, weaving wellbeing, creativity, and calm into our community for many years to come.”
