Hey, I’m Stacey

Stacey White Ways of Being Anjali Mudra in the Forest

Firstly, welcome! I appreciate you being here.

If you've found me, then maybe you're looking for a place for you, your children and/or your family to connect through our yoga offers or you are looking to receive support via our therapy services.

It feels important to share a little more about me, the essence of what we are creating at Ways of Being and how this may align with your values, wants or needs.

Quite some time ago, I envisioned myself creating relational spaces; rooted in welcoming and heart led energies that foster a sense of nourishment and belonging. My vision was born from both a familiar need of my own which craves such spaces along with my first hand experience of working with young people and families who are also in such need of accessible, authentic wholesome places to reconnect and just be - whatever that looks like individually. To find their own ways of being within the big world, whether this be felt through movement, play, yoga or therapeutic support.

This space is for parents, caregivers, educators, community initiatives who are looking for practical tools, sessions, workshops and connections for children to flourish.

You are warmly invited to reach out to us by completing our enquiry form, by joining a class which you'll find within our calendar or by taking a moment to read our latest blog post.

Stacey White Ways of Being Eagle

Through my own creative process (which has actually felt like a lifetime of inner self discovery) I have slowly but whole heartedly moulded my ideas, visions and realisations into meaningful offers and opportunities for you all to be a part of. Our soft yet powerfully intentioned spiral image is a true representation of the inward/outward journey we are destined to experience within our lifetime. I trust that what we are able to experience from going deeper within, that we are then able to transcend  our  inner wisdom, imaginatively spiralling our ideas, love and authenticity outwards and into our existence and the outer world.

I have lived and learned both personally and professionally, through volunteer work, collabs with local charities, supporting children in Europe, working for the UK’s biggest children's charity and travelling to complete my two yoga teacher training sessions. From all of this, I can truthfully say that the commonality, where we as humans thrive, soften and sense belongingness is through connection- with the self, each other and the world.

I believe that we all deserve to feel seen, heard, valued and to feel as though we belong and how beautiful that these beliefs can be present at the core of all that I create and offer. Through in person or online platforms, I am able to support children, adults, schools, families and communities alike in creating nurturing, calming, Yoga classes and therapeutic spaces where children can find their own Ways of Being

Although I hold a special interest in the physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing of our next generation, it still fills my heart to be able to offer yoga spaces for adults to explore and re connect with themselves.

When I'm not teaching yoga or holding therapy sessions, you will find me daydreaming about my new ideas on a walk down the beach, amongst some kind of nature or connecting with my own yoga practice on and off the mat.
